Truffalla is a custom cake design studio in New Hampshire specializing in luxury wedding and celebration cakes.
Commissions begin at $1,200.
Each cake is thoughtfully designed and composed for a specific moment — your moment.
No two celebrations are the same, and neither are my cakes.
I do not replicate other artists’ work.
Inspiration images are always welcome — they help me understand what you’re drawn to — but every design is interpreted through my artistic style and created uniquely for you.
Your cake will never be a copy. It will be yours.
Ordering
Celebration cakes require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
Fully custom designs require at least 4 weeks.
Wedding and highly detailed cakes should be reserved 4 months in advance, as availability is limited.
For smaller custom cakes, full payment is due at the time of booking.
For weddings and special commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
Once your date is reserved, it becomes exclusively yours.
Delivery
Delivery is complimentary within 30 miles of Andover, NH 03216.
Locations beyond this radius are available for an additional fee.
Due to the delicate nature of my work, cakes are not available for shipping.
Each cake is delivered with care to ensure it arrives exactly as intended.
Cancellations & Changes
I understand that life moves and plans evolve. Whenever possible, I am happy to assist with adjustments.
Cancellations must be requested at least 5 business days prior to your event (before 4:00 PM).
Because ingredients are sourced and time is reserved specifically for your order, cancellation fees may apply:
• Within 48 hours — 30% of the total order
• Less than 48 hours — 100% of the total order
Wedding and custom cake deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Changes requested within 24 hours of completion may incur a $100 change fee.
Quality & Responsibility
I take deep pride in what leaves my kitchen.
If there is a concern, please notify me within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so it can be addressed promptly.
Color tones and decorative details may vary slightly due to the nature of edible materials, lighting, and temperature. I always aim for harmony — though exact duplication of color is not guaranteed.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or client unavailability will be stored for up to 48 hours. After that time, due to freshness standards, they will be respectfully discarded without refund.
Payment
An event date is secured upon:
• Signed agreement
• 50% non-refundable deposit
Final payment is due 30 days prior to the event.
For bookings made within 30 days of the event date, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal or Wise.
Late payments may incur a $75 fee. Returned checks incur a $50 fee.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled with discretion and care.
